Shipping policy
Hawkinsora ships to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.99
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $49.00 or more (before tax)
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After an order ships, Standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States typically takes 5–10 business days.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak season, or incorrect address information.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information. Use that tracking number to follow the package.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. Hawkinsora is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if we must reship an order for that reason.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first, then email us at info@hawkinsora.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help investigate.
Shipping method
We ship by Standard ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
