These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://hawkinsora.com and any purchase from Hawkinsora, operated by DOMINICK HAWKINS GM INC (“Hawkinsora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We sell home cleaning products, including vacuums and related accessories. We try to display products accurately. Colors, size, and appearance may vary slightly because of photos, screens, and manufacturing differences.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are for information only and are not a guarantee of specific performance in every home. Runtime, suction, and cleaning results depend on use, surface, and maintenance.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before you complete checkout. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or orders we cannot ship.

Payment is due at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid if we cannot fulfill it.

5. Shipping

Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. That policy is part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the site, checkout, or other users

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
